Biography:
Sam Loewner, ’10 Political Science and Government, is a senior manager in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) sector and leads business process outsourcing and contact center solutions for state and local agencies. His teams bring industry-leading solutions to deploy and transform agency contact center technology and processing operations. With a background in operational design, program management, and service optimization, he has led multiple implementations for large contact centers and enterprise back offices. Recent work for health and human service agencies has focused on improving the customer experience by leveraging cutting edge cloud-based contact center solutions.
Sam has worked for over a decade supporting states in defining their operational strategy and aligning solutions to the program vision. He is passionate about driving outcomes that improve the connection between agencies and the people they serve.
