Margaret Gray

Former County Administrator, Centre County Government

Margaret Gray is a public administrator with decades of experience in state and local government as well as statewide trade associations. She served as Centre County’s administrator from 2017 to 2022, overseeing county operations and services. Before that, she was Penn State’s first director of local government and community relations, building partnerships between the University and surrounding municipalities. Earlier in her career, Gray held leadership roles with the Managed Care Association of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Association of Autism and Intellectual Disabilities, and the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services.
