What does it take to be a great mentor? How do mentees find the right mentors to help meet their career goals? In this installment of “Strategies for Career and Leadership Success,” we’ll talk about the power of mentoring relationships with Penn State alumnus, Jeremy O’Mard (’13, management information systems). He’s a managing consultant in the Managed Services and Cloud Solutions (MSCS) Practice of IBM Global Business Services. He’s also been a mentor since he was a student at Penn State, continues to take on mentees, and advocates and consults on the success of mentorships.
