Midwest Political Science Association Herbert Simon Lecture

The Midwest Political Science Association (MPSA) named Anthony Bertelli, the Douglas S. and Joyce L. Sherwin Professor in the College of the Liberal Arts Honoring Frank Whitmore, the winner of the 2020 Herbert Simon Award for career contributions to the scientific study of public administration.

Bertelli presented the Herbert Simon lecture online from Foster Auditorium in the Paterno Library on Penn State’s University Park campus. The event was co-sponsored by the Midwest Political Science Association (MPSA), the College of the Liberal Arts, and University Libraries.
