Originally from Buffalo, New York, Leah Rogers chose Penn State’s MPP program because she wanted to further her education in politics and policy and learn how to use data and research to facilitate positive societal change. She wants to work in a team environment, research public policy issues in government, business, and society, and brainstorm new policies that enhance equity and justice.
“I love this program because it is small, and I love knowing everyone in my classes. It makes the transition much easier, and I never feel alone!” Rogers said.
