Joel Griffin is founder and chief executive officer of Riphean, a growth management firm with a diversified portfolio of investments in private companies, venture capital, and real estate. Through Riphean, he works to bring innovative concepts to communities that foster entrepreneurship, veteran-owned businesses, and initiatives in education, workforce, and technology. Griffin is also chairman and co-founder of Gwyneth’s Gift Foundation, a nonprofit that raises awareness and provides education in CPR and the use of automated external defibrillators. He serves as vice chair of the Fredericksburg Economic Development Authority and sits on multiple regional boards.
